Relationships are always in a state of flux and we often require new responses to changes that are taking place, whether these changes are within the relationship or specific to one of the partners. Often change, especially if unexpected, can become out of proportion and we feel overwhelmed or that nothing will ever be the same again.
My aim, whether you are in a long-term relationship or new to a relationship is to find out what is going on with both partners and what dynamics are being played out between you. What are the new reference points in your relationship? What is getting in the way of satisfying contact? And how do you move forward?
