My Personal Approach
I believe that Psychotherapy helps us to feel more in control of our lives. The foundation of my work is humanistic and my approach is to work with each person as an individual and to support them in making positive changes in their lives and in their relationships.
I have been involved with Psychotherapy since 1995 and have run a private practice for the past 20 years, working with individuals, couples and groups. I have provided Psychotherapy services for a number of Government and National organisations.
I have also run the Men's Basic Sexuality group and Working with Anger groups at Spectrum.
Before becoming a Psychotherapist I worked in industry. I am a keen surfer and sailor. I am married with three children.
